The hollow design of Rummo Gluten Free Rigatoni works beautifully with dense sauces that get caught inside. Carefully selected GMO-free brown rice is blended and steamed with yellow and white corn. The dough is then passed through a bronze die, to make the pasta easier to bond with sauces. Excellent to use with scampi or cream of artichoke.
