Outdoor Reared Smoked Back Rashers
Dry cured by hand the old fashioned way. Low in salt but equally full of flavour. These rashers are from outdoor reared free range pigs from TJ Crowes farm in Tipperary. They are naturally smoked rashers meaning they have been smoked over beechwood chips for 3 hours to allow for maximum flavour through the bacon. Grill or pan fry for 5 mins turning once.
