2 Mini Pork Fillets With Chorizo & Parma Ham
Our mini pork fillets have been fully trimmed of fat and generously stuffed with our own mix of Spanish chorizo, fresh herbs and breadcrumbs and rolled neatly with parma ham. One of our favourite products because its super tasty and easy to cook. Remove cling film and individual cling wrap on each pork fillet and cook in a preheated oven at 180c for 30 minutes.
