2 Lemon Chicken Breast Fillets
Chicken with lemon is a great combination. We have take two large breast fillets, trimmed all excess fat and generously stuffed them with a delicious lemon and coriander bread stuffing and marinated them in our own delicious lemon sauce with a hint of coriander. A simple easy to cook meal for two. Remove cling film and cook in a preheated oven at 170c for 30 minutes. We recommend serving with creamy mash and some mixed veg.
INGREDIENTS: Chicken Breast Fillets, rapeseed oil, glucose syrup, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, coriander, garlic, spices, chilli, breadcrumb ( GLUTEN , WHEAT ), parsley, thyme.
