Lamb Rack Chops In Redcurrant & Rosemary 4 Pack
Spring lamb rack chops marinated in a delicious glaze of redcurrant and rosemary. Perfect for under the grill or bbq. Grill for 4 minutes each side or simply pop them on the bbq.
Obviously they’re off the rack, and we marinate them in red currant and rosemary because we find that red currant and rosemary go really well with lamb, and they’re not spicy. They’re easy on the palate.
And again, a quick cook, in the grill or on the pan or the oven for like five minutes , a gorgeous meal.
