Free Range Breakfast Sausages
Our free range pork sausages are made the old fashioned way. Hand-linked with natural skin and lightly seasoned we feel using these old style ingredients makes our sausages that bit more special. Made using 85% pork shoulder meat. Grill or pan fry on a medium heat until golden brown. Avoid piercing the sausage before cooking as it can tend to lose some of the flavour inside.
