Dry cured by hand the old fashioned way. Our streaky rashers taste great and are very versatile either for carbonaras, salads or a simple breakfast with scrambled eggs. From outdoor reared free range pigs from TJ Crowes farm in Tipperary. Grill or pan fry for 5 minutes turning once.
