500g of Diced Beef

Because it is cut from the chuck after cooking it just breaks away. Gorgeous.

We cut this from the chuck, the lean part of the chuck. We strip it out take all the fat off it, we dice it to about 1cm each size. Perfect bit size pieces. You could use it in any casserole, stew, pie, long slow curry.
