Crispy Potato Croquettes
Delicious fresh croquettes made using creamy mash potato coated in a golden brown crumb. A great accompaniment to any roast dish. Remove cling film and cook in the oven at 180c (fan assisted 170c) for 30 minutes or place them around your roast joint and cook for 30 minutes.
INGREDIENTS: Potato, crumb, ( EGG , MILK , breadcrumbs, WHEAT , water, yeast, salt, vegetable oil, WHEY powder, BUTTERMILK, agent(ascorbic acid)rapeseed oil, onion, butter, salt, parsley, pepper.
