For this one we have taken two large chicken fillets, fully trimmed and stuffed with a generous amount of our own mix of chopped spinach, sundried tomato and white cheese and covered them in our own tomato and basil sauce topped with mozzarella..

Remove cling film and cook in a preheated oven at 170c for 30 mins.
