Chicken de Catalunia



2 large free range chicken fillets stuffed roasted peppers, cherry tomato and chorizo then covered in a spanish style tomato sauce and topped with more chorizo and machengo cheese.

Remove cling film and cook in a preheated oven at 180c for 35 minutes.

INGREDIENTS: Chicken fillet, Spanish tomato sauce (water, sugar, glucose syrup, spices, salt, tomato powder, veg oil, wine distille, whey protein MILK , chorizo, manchego cheese, coriander.
