Thanks for visiting and ordering from Fresh The Good Food Market. Below we have provided some answers to frequently asked questions about our online delivery service. 


How can I order online?

Simply add products of your choice to your cart. 
Click the cart/checkout button on the top right of the page. 
Pick your delivery method and date you would like delivery. 
Proceed to add delivery name/address etc. 
Finally, input payment card details through our secure checkout. 
You will then receive a confirmation email and a summary of your order. 

Order by 4pm Today if you would like delivery tomorrow. 

What happens on the day of my delivery?

So you've picked your delivery day and paid for your order online.
What happen's next?
 On the day you chose, you will receive an email at about 10-11am confirming your order is picked and out for delivery.
Our drivers take great care with your order.
We aim to deliver your order between 1pm and 6pm. If you need an more specific time, please email and we will advise and assist. 
Our drivers will contact you by phone in advance of your delivery. If you're not home or have an issue, our drivers will work with you to find the best solution. This could be delivering to a neighbour or leaving your delivery in a safe place you have requested. Alternatively, they may redeliver later in the day that suits you and the driver. 

Can you tell me more about your Refunds & Substitute policy?

From time to time and due to difficult supply issues currently we experience products not available. Our first priority is to contact you about how you would like to proceed (should we replace/substitute, refund or deliver with your next order etc). We endeavour to replace these products with a like for like or better priced/quality product to ensure you receive your full order. If you are unhappy with your substitutes, that's no problem. Simply email to either have your original product delivered when available or a return & refund. 

If you receive your order and something isn't correct (wrong product, date concern, damaged etc) again, this is no problem. Email us at Please provide your order number, concern and some details so we can deal with it quickly within 24hrs. 

In general, if we have an out of stock and we can't substitute, we refund you for these products within 24hrs of your delivery. You will receive an email informing you of your refund and amount etc. 

Packers Advice Sheet

Every order delivered contains a PAS (Packers Advice Slip).
This sheet indicates to you clearly if we made any substitutions and/or if you should expect any refunds due to unavailability. There is also contact information available too. The PAS also indicates the date/order number and the name of your personal shopper.

Promotions & 10% Off over €100

All promotions bought at the promotion price will be valid, you will never be overcharged after checking out.  Our 10% Off your entire order is valid on all products except Beer, Wines & Spirts due to new legislation from Jan 11th 2021. To avail of the 10% Off you must spend €100 or more on all items excluding alcohol. You can of course still have alcohol in your delivery and basket but it won't go towards the 10% Off. 


Is my payment safe?

Yes. Our payment platform is integrated with Stripe payments who handle payments for thousands of companies and some of the biggest brands in the world.

Fresh The Good Food Market is a high quality grocery and delicatessen supermarket group with a distinct product range from around the country and internationally. We have been in business since 2006. So, you're in experienced and safe hands!

Our mission is to provide customers with a combination of fresh, quality and authentic food for now and take-home grocery, as well as a range of premium wines and craft beers from around the world. 

Do you deliver Nationwide?

Currently, we offer delivery services exclusively within Dublin. While we don't deliver nationwide at this time, we're continuously exploring options to expand our delivery coverage in the future. Thank you for your understanding and interest in our services!

Who delivers my order and is it safe?

Our own dedicated team deliver your order chilled throughout Dublin so more than likely you'll get to know your delivery person. Outside of Dublin, we use DPD who are considered and regarded extremely reliable, punctual and safe. 

Can I check my previous orders?

Yes. If you you registered an account. You can login and see your last orders and add items from this list or reorder a complete previous order etc. You can also see and re order a list of your top ordered products!
